2.1 Account Registration
To use certain features of DataBraid, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete.
2.2 Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and are liable for any activities under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, promptly notify us.
2.3 Premium Accounts
DataBraid subscriptions are offered on a per-user basis. If you wish to collaborate with other users, they must have their own DataBraid account and necessary subscriptions.
3.1 License
DataBraid grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform as intended and as permitted by these Terms.
3.2 Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use DataBraid for any illegal, unauthorized, or otherwise disruptive purposes.
Using third-party integrations through DataBraid is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not liable for the actions of these third parties or for any loss or damage that may arise from using their services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to DataBraid if you violate these Terms or jeopardize the integrity or security of the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DataBraid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DataBraid and its employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will notify you by making the revised version available on our platform and will indicate the effective date at the top. Your continued use of DataBraid will be considered as acceptance of the amended Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and its member states. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the European Union.
